This private affair, hosted by Tropicana, was a celebration of sophistication and bespoke living featuring Skypark Kepler, the first and only branded high rise residences in Johor. For the main course, diners chose between two exquisite plates: a Red Grouper accompanied by pet pois, lemon confit squid, and mussels; or a perfectly seared Wagyu flaron complemented by truffle jus, wasabi, garlic purée, and crisp mixed greens. To close, an artistic creation of Opaline Chocolate with persimmons, dates, and a delicate Korean pancake brought the culinary journey to a memorable finale.
Amid this refined dining experience, the spotlight turned to Ms Ixora Ang, Tropicana’s Managing Director of Sales & Marketing and Business Development. With elegance and eloquence, she unveiled the intricacies of Skypark Kepler @ Lido Waterfront Boulevard. Her presentation highlighted the development’s innovave design set within a sustainable 163-acre master plan.
